Montréal en Lumière is a festival of light founded in 2000 by Alain Simard. The festival is held in winter in Montréal, Canada annually with an aim to energise the city in winter and bring it warmth and celebration.

The festival’s outdoor site offers many free activities. Illuminart; with interactive and illuminated works, a Ferris wheel, the “Milk Urban Slide”, and free shows to see.

Montréal en Lumière’s programme also includes fine-dining; with 575 renowned chefs, wine makers and speakers attend. Culinary activities are countless and diverse, with workshops, talks, conferences and itineraries.
