Upfest – The Urban Paint Festival is a festival of street art first held in 2008, taking its inspiration from Super Cans from Southampton, Cans Festival London, and other paint events from around the UK. Today, it is UK’s largest live street art festival.

First held as a day of painting between 20 artists in Bristol, UK, the festival expanded quite quickly and finally, Upfest in its current form took place in the Tobacco Factory. The Tobacco Factory venue is still the centre festival area where there are two music stages, merchandise and a street food market. T

he other two festival areas are South Street Park and Ashton Gate stadium where more than 70 artists will be live painting.
